Any registration completed using false or fraudulent details — including a fictitious name, an incorrect date of birth, or a payment method belonging to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. maka77 uses technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify maka77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. maka77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where reasonable security precautions were not observed by the Account holder.
maka77 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered during a deposit process or following unusual account activity.
maka77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified by email when their verification is approved or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is complete.
maka77 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension.
maka77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; the current list is displayed on the deposit page of your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no stated maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to additional verification.
Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Player's Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. maka77 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which maka77 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the maka77 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Foreign currency conversions are not supported.
You must only deposit funds that are legally yours and that have not been obtained through criminal activity. Depositing funds from a payment account registered to a third party is prohibited. maka77 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.
Withdrawals are available to all fully KYC-verified Players. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and processing conditions set out below. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the Player's maka77 Account. maka77 will decline any withdrawal request directed to a third-party payment account. Withdrawal limits may be applied to Accounts pending a full address verification, or where multiple chargebacks or suspicious activities have been recorded.
Players are prohibited from initiating chargebacks or reversals with their bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any successfully completed deposit on maka77. Where maka77 receives a chargeback, the corresponding deposited amount will be deducted from the Player's balance or placed on hold pending dispute resolution. Any winnings generated using charged-back funds are void and recoverable by maka77.
maka77 may offer a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. The specific terms of each promotion are communicated at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds carry a rollover requirement. For example, a bonus may require a wagering turnover that is a stated multiple of the bonus and/or deposit amount before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Wagers on qualifying bandar bola (sports betting) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) tickets, slot games, live casino titles, and togel draw games may contribute different percentages to the rollover requirement, as detailed in each offer's terms.
maka77 monitors gameplay across all bonus promotions. Betting patterns that are deemed by maka77, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including, without limitation, minimum-risk betting (such as betting on both outcomes of a market to guarantee a return), stalling, collusion, or systematic exploitation of a promotion's mechanics — will result in the cancellation of the relevant promotion, the voiding of all bonus winnings, and in serious cases, the suspension or closure of the Account concerned.
Every promotion on maka77 specifies its own maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games/markets, and deadline for meeting the wagering requirement. Players are expected to review these details before participating. Where a promotion specifies a deadline and it is not met, the bonus and any related winnings will be removed from the Account.
A bet is only valid and binding once maka77 has accepted it and confirmation of the bet has been recorded in our system. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet confirmations. A bet placed but not confirmed does not constitute an accepted wager.
All bets are settled in accordance with the published rules of the relevant market or game. Where a wager is made on Indonesian football markets such as BRI Liga 1, bets are settled according to the official result published by the governing sporting authority. Withdrawals, forfeits, postponed or abandoned matches, and void markets are settled per the applicable sport's rules, with stakes returned or paid out as prescribed.
maka77 endeavors to publish accurate odds and game data at all times. However, odds may occasionally be displayed incorrectly due to human error, system fault, or technical malfunction. Where an obviously incorrect price (a "palpable error") is identified, maka77 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Winning bets are generally credited to the Player's Account within minutes of official settlement. Larger mix parlay accumulators and certain bets placed into live markets may take slightly longer to settle.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the maka77 Platform:
Any breach of this Section 9 shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral of the matter to the relevant authorities, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to maka77.
All software, content, graphics, logos, text, branding, game rules, odds, and other material displayed or made available on the maka77 Platform, together with all trademarks, service marks, and trade names (including "maka77"), are the exclusive property of maka77 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without maka77's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maka77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other loss or damage — arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
maka77 shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the availability of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service failures, force majeure events, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment network interruptions.
That the best odds, games, or promotions on maka77 are published for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or gaming advice. The outcome of any wager is uncertain; you make all betting decisions at your own risk and with your own judgment.
In any event, maka77's total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total net winnings paid or credited to your Account, or (ii) the amount you have deposited into your Account during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 months from the date of the last login may be subject to a reasonable monthly administration fee, and after 24 months, the balance may be transferred to the regulatory authority as required by law. maka77 will notify you by email before applying any such deduction.
maka77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice of the amended Terms, ordinarily by publishing them on this page and, where appropriate, by email notification. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maka77 is licensed and regulated. You irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, although maka77 shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights and other proprietary interests.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and maka77. No failure or delay on our part in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that right.
